What To Do If You’ve Lost Something
If you believe you have left something in one of our taxis, please contact us as soon as possible. Any property found but not claimed will be handed to the local police station.
To help us trace your lost property faster, please provide the following details when you get in touch:
- 📍 Collection Address – where your journey started
- 📞 Telephone Number – the number you used to make the booking
- 🪪 Driver’s Taxi Badge Number – displayed inside the vehicle
- 🚘 Vehicle Details – make, model, and colour
- 🔢 Vehicle Registration Number – if available
- 🏷️ Taxi Plate Number – usually located at the back of the vehicle
How We Handle Lost Property
- All reported items will be checked against our system and driver logs.
- If found, you will be contacted to arrange collection.
- Items not claimed within a reasonable timeframe will be handed to the local police station, as required by law.
