📑 CityCabz Milton Keynes – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with CityCabz Milton Keynes. By booking a journey, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings
- All bookings must include the correct pickup and drop-off details, date, and time.
- For airport collections, we require the flight number and arrival terminal so we can monitor delays.
- A mobile contact number is required (preferably the traveller’s).
- For holiday or group bookings, please advise us of the amount of luggage so we can provide the correct vehicle.
2. Waiting & Parking Charges
- Airport pickups include up to 1 hour of free waiting time after the flight lands.
- If you are delayed in baggage reclaim or immigration for more than 1 hour, you must call us to notify your driver.
- Any additional waiting or parking charges will be added to the fare.
3. Vehicles
- In the event of breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide an alternative vehicle of a similar specification.
- All quoted prices are fixed unless the journey is changed from the original booking (extra stops, diversions, waiting time).
4. Payments & Cancellations
- Fares must be paid in full at the end of the journey unless a corporate account arrangement is in place.
- Cancellations require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice prior to pickup time.
- A “No Show” (failure to show up at the agreed pickup time and location) will be charged in full.
5. Liability
- CityCabz will make every effort to ensure timely pickups, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, accidents, weather, road closures, airline issues).
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. CityCabz is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

- Payment transactions are encrypted.
- You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting us.
